I received my Security PIN and logged into the site went to the past bill history which is disabled and requires the security PIN. I click the link to unlock the additional billing details by entering my Security PIN. On the screen to enter my security PIN, Q and A I enter the PIN provided and picked a Q and A then click "Save". I get this error, "Validation error on user security pin page We're sorry, there has been an error processing your request. Please try again." I have tried logging out and in again several times same thing. I even reset the PIN and tried again using the new one I received. Same error. Very frustrating!!!
HI Customer1400. I have updated the credentials of the primary email on this account. Try your access again. Please let me know if you still have issues.
I am still having the same problem. I tried from several different places where it asks me to use the Security PIN and get the same validation error everywhere. In each place I tried witht he new PIN that was sent when I recreated it as well as the original I was sent... Oh, I guess I should also mention I have multiple accounts under this login and some of those are fine (don't need a PIN to see the bill history and such). It is only a few of my accounts that are causing problems.
Hello, I am the same user but now trying to get the bill history one some other accounts I have under a different login. I am running into the exact same problem. I have a few accounts where I am able to see the history and on another I was actually able to use the PIN. However, on several others I get the same Validation Error when trying to use the PIN. When I click to reset the PIN, it keeps emailing me the exact same one and it doesn't work. Hopefully whatever was done to resolve this under my other login can be done here as well. Thanks in advance.
Ok. I added another account to this login and AGAIN get a PIN Validation Error when I trie to get access to the bill history...
PLEASE tell me what I have to do to avoid getting this error EVERY time I add a new account. Over the next few months I will be adding quite a few new accounts and generally when I do, there are already prior bills and the past due balance needs to be paid. I can't pay the past due balance without the supporting bill. I need your help to help me get you paid. Why does this have to be so difficult?
As mentioned in my other post under a different login, I am having the same problem there too!
