just received my bill for 9/16 - 10/15 which includes the $9.95 Equipment Fee.
Problem is, I returned the equipment in question on 9/03/13 at 10:49am according to the receipt the nice Comcast lady at the office printed for me.
I'd rather not pay to rent a modem I'm not renting.
