I too am having a problem cancelling my Comcast Business Account.  On the Comcast website it says "Don't see the answer you need? We're ready to help 24/7. Please call 1-800-391-3000 | Business Trunks customers please call 1-877-543-3961" 

 

But when I try to get connected with someone to get this accomplished, I get a message suggesting that I try to contact Comcast when they are open which is Monday to Friday during normal (banking) business hours.  Is Comcast "ready to help 24/7?"  I don't think so.  Meanwhile the bills keep on coming and there is nothing I can do about it.  In the meantine, I just received a communication from Comcast indicating that they are going to charge me even more than the outrageous amount I am paying for Internet Service for the Static IP address.  I didn't agree to pay more for a static IP than I am already paying.  I will call back Monday, but I am not a happy customer.

I am having issues trying to cancel my account as well.  I have only been trying for two weeks.  I feel for those of you who have been writing for months.

 

They keep promising to send me documents to sign to cancel my account but they never send them.

 

If you haven't done so, I recommend submitting a complaint to the better business bureau.  I submitted one yesterday.
