I am having the same problem. On the page I'm expecting to see a link for billing (or an option to select ecobill, there is nothing.

Says I should see a button on the home page mentioned above. I am the primary contact and billing manager for our account. I can't believe this is not obvious.

(sigh) I am afraid this is not going to work. Thanks for trying. Who knows why signing up for Ecobill is this difficult. I am signed into business.comcast.com but EcoBill is not showing up anywhere. The instructions say, "Select EcoBill from the Billing section." There is no "Billing" appearing in my overview screen. I am the only user for this account.
We like to reduce paper use. I'm sure Comcast does too. Your web team needs to get this straightened out.
