I signed up for business internet in April 2019. This was for the new construction. Comcast delayed due to their construction and we finally got our services on Dec.19 2019. I was suppose to get a $300.00 giftcard. I was told it takes about 60 days. When I called after 60 days I was told it can take 6-9 weeks after 60 days. Bottom line I still have not received this giftcard yet. I was told to check the status online on fulfilment link it still says no offers are found. I have emailed the sales rep, no reply back. I sent the contract to tristar and they said it can take another 2-4 weeks. But on fulfilment link it still says no offers found. Our business is shutdown for over 4 weeks now and this $300 giftcard can help us. If anyone can give straight answer about this giftcard and expedite it, I would greatly appreciate it.
