Got my internet service on October 2019, my plan included a $150 prepaid Visa card ( part of the agreement that I signed) and 1st month free. I had to call to get my month free (and it was not the first). After 3 months I realized that I never received my Visa card, I double checked the fulfillment status and it was, and it still is, "authorized". I decided to wait a little longer. On March I called the support and they told me that I should have received the card and that they would notify somebody (supervisor?another office?). However, I should have had that card not later than 2 weeks after that call. They called me on late March (that supervisor?another office?) just to give me another phone number to call because they couldn't fix that problem). I tried to call that number but...it was wrong. I probably did not understand very well the digits. And yes, I tried to get in touch with the sales rep but he never replied to my messages. That $150 prepaid card won't change my life but in these troubled days it would represent a nice extra. However, I just want what's mine.
