I sitched my business phone service to Comcast. I have had an ongoing over billing problem since April that still has not been rectified and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have well over 75 emails that have gone back and forth with Comcast staff. Most of the staff have agreed with me and have promised me a response but nothing gets accomplished. I have talked to over 11 comcast employees including [Edited]. I have asked to speak to a supervisor at various levels but I have not received any feedback. Most recent ticket # is [Edited]. This defies logic.
