I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes on phone and when the rep finally came on, she put me on hold again after learning that I want to cancel my service. I do not want to do a chargeback but if that's the route I'll be forced to take, then that's what I'll do.
Looks like I am not the only one who has had problems with comcast regarding cancellation of service. I don't understand why???
I tried to cancel my service and closed my account in vain since June 4, 2013.
I called again on July 10 about my cancellation. The representative told me he will take care of it.
Today is August 10, I continue to receive my invoice.
What is the problem here???
