Phone support not working, need help (again) with billing
Had business class for our house business as well as for our off site business. Arranged to have Comcast voice added to our home business (replacing QWEST). Now receiving two bills. One for old business internet and another one for new internet/voice. No one seems to be able to correct the problem. The 1-800-391-3000 hangs up on me after a few minutes. I am so disappointed in Comcast and their apparent miscommunication between departments (the last month as been a nightmare of miscommunication). Where do I go for help??
