I called today but the agent was not helpful. My bill was overpaid through the online portal because you did not include my previous payment (which was submitted via online portal on due date). I know have a large overpayment that I would like to have reimbursed. Can someone please assist me with this?

Hello, I overpaid my last bill by virtue that we had downgraded our services. Although there is a credit balance showing, we would prefer a refund. How do I manage that?
