Outage severely impacted - how is Comcast compensating?
Like MANY others, my business was adversely impacted by the outage last week.
We are a small animal hospital - so if we can't be reached by our customers, pets suffer. Comcast says they have a service guarantee - how is Comcast compensating for this? Can we even get a couple of days' cost off our billing?
