Other business closed and stuck me with the bill?

So the business that opened this account with Comcast closed on October 28th.


This month, I got a bill indicating that the former business owner hadn't paid his bill and I am now holding the bag for a significant amount of money.


I have only assumed responsibility for this service since November 1st.  How do I dispute these charges and have Comcast seek payment from the former business owner?
