We have tried to use the online billing platform to make payment for our account. Everytime we try though the payment comes back as rejected (both ACH and auto pay). We have contacted our bank and they confirm Comcast are not even trying to pull the money. We believe some third party payment compnay is just blocking the payment. Has anyone else had this problem?
Does Comcast provide its bank details so we can just transfer the money to Comcast?
