I have been calling Comcast for a double billing since October. Here we are almost April and still no resolution. Every time I call they say I must wait 2 billing cycles for it to be corrected. It has been 6 billing cycles and still no resolution. They even suspended service today due to non payment!! You have got to be kidding Comcast. You have double billed me for 6 months. I paid for 4 months waiting for a good faith credit to come through. Enough is enough. I told Comcast in January that I would not be paying until they straighten this out and issued the credit. They issued an "I'm sorry credit" on the account and said they noted the non-payment due to the billing error. Evidently someone didn't get the message. Our business was down for 2 hours this morning. Not right at all Comcast!!!

We have wort billing services for my businees, I started new combo account for my business that include TV, internet and voice services for hotel but billing department take for ever to remove my old TV and internet account. every time they mentioned that it will take 2-3 billing cycle, its alsmost 4 month. I have good opportunity to use Direct TV but i did not know comcast have this kind of crepy service. My sales man can not do nothing.
On top of closing old account they cready another 5-6 new account. i dont know there is no any personal account mamanger in this big company that manage business customer issue.
