I have been trying to talk to somebody for at least three days. I keep getting transfered to a department which never picks up their phone. We have been charged double for the past several months because (for some unbeknownst reason) we have two accounts for the same services at the same address. I would like to not only cancel one of these accounts, but be credited for the outrageous amount that we have been overcharged. PLEASE somebody contact me at 215-468-0104 to resolve this issue immediatley.
