Not eligible to be linked error message
We have a number of Comcast accounts and while I have linked quite a few, some give me an error message that they are not eligible to be linked? Why is that, especially if the bill says business? Some were set up as residential accounts, so how can I add those?

Hi udrdenver. In order to link accounts, all accounts must have Business Internet and only the primary can have and an active email account in the Business Portal.
Only an account that has not previously been activated online can be linked to another account. Also accounts that have Residential Services and cannot link to a Business Account.
If you will send me a private message with the account numbers, I will have the Tier 2 Agent research this issue.
