I transfered service to a new location, Comcast forced me to open a new account and cancel old. I kept getting billed for old account and finally the bills stopped but I had over payed. It has now been months and still I have not recieved my refund check. I have made calls about this and they simply say it is processing. Funny how you disconnect my service if I don't pay you.. I think I should disconnect my money flowing to your bank account. I wish I had listened to the many people that told me not to get scamcast...WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!

i am the new owner of a new image hair design Salon .the comcast peoplle said the othr owne wojuld be billed to them privatelly.my contract says i only pay 137.00 per month and this is what i am going to pay!!!!
