No assistance with Billing issue via mail, chat or phone!

Our bill dated 4/14/14 lists our payment received the prior month of $284.51 -- the amount we owed.  However, right under the "payment-Thank You 03/29   $284.51 it says "Payment Correctio 04/11  $185.42.  So basically, Comcast received $284.51 but is only going to give us credit for $99.09 of the payment.  The $185.42 was put on our bill as a past due amount -- even though we paid it.  I sent in a payment for what we owed (I did not pay the $185.42 again) I sent along with our payment a letter explaining what had appeared on my bill, plus a copy of the cleared check for $284.51.  Yesterday my bill came.. yep still says we have a $185.42 past due amount + some added late fees. I have attempted to chat w/comcast -- they will apparently only do that with residential customers.  So... I attempted to call the business billing line which is busy, busy, busy. 

 

Hoping someone who works for comcast business might give us a call back, an email back, something hint!

I agree, I have been trying to resolve an issue with our business account which began in January of this year.  There has been no resolve, no response no ability to contact anyone at the phone numbers offered, only busy signals.  This is frustrating at best!!!  If anyone has a resolve for these billing matters I would be eager to have you share that information on this blog.
