No Internet Connection - Yet Modem lights all green - outage?

I have Business Internet service in my home. Yesterday (9/13) my family told me while at work that our internet connection is not working. My sister power cycled the modem and our router, and when trying to logon received an Xfinity login screen (something which we haven't gotten before) IMG_9221.PNG

 

After I got home, I checked the modem, and all the lights were green, usually an indication that everything should be working. However my router reported no internet connection. Is there an outage in my area? 

 

Or can someone come out to check?
