I need to get ahold of someone who can help me with cancelling my service. I need information on the 30 day period you are allowed from the day your service starts to cancel. If I understand it correctly if the service started on the 21st of Dec I would need to cancel by today but I am unabel to cancel the service today as the business offices are not open until tomorrow morning.
The hardly seems right. If they give you 30 days to cancel and give notice than there need to be 24/7 customer service available to perform this task.
Am I going to be trapped into continuing this service because Comcast does not have anyone available to keep thier promis to give you 30 days to make up your mind with a no questions ask cancellation.
I really need an answer on what to do TODAY!

I need to cancel my service and this is the biggest headache ever. you call they tell you to chat online. But there is no chat option, so you call you enter you acct number three times and they still do get the number so you hang up and go back online try again. After a tremendous search you find out you have to call to cancel as they:"to make sure they have done everything possible.." so you call and find yourself in a labyrinth and going nowhere. My question is there a simple way I cna cancel my acct???
