For the past few months I made some phone calls regarding our government issued tax exempt and quarterly fee adjustment. Via phone service line of #1-877-761-7401, we could get some answers but without email confirmation for follow-ups. We will need physical document such as E-mail communication presentable to our accounting department. Can someone help us and able to confirm with the fee adjustment starting July 1st, 2019 as we are VoiceEdge new customer for a few months?
Also, today we contacted our sales associate who gave us some information that was very confusing and completely different from our July bill statement. He got the VoiceEdge fees/tax adjustment rate differed from the actual invoice we got. Not to mention he helped discuss with someone in billing and got responeded that we didn't get tax exempt, which was incorrect.
