Have tried calling several times to change my account/terms of service and each time I'm hold for about 2 hours before I give up. Hold time for a sales rep is about 5 seconds, hold time for customer service.... well its been over a month that I've been trying to resolve this. Not very good customer service. Can someone from comcast please contact me?

I'm trying to sign a contract for 3 years or so for business internet. My bill has been rising for the last year and I would like to be locked in to a set rate. Not looking for a package deal, just business internet only. Can you help me please or have someone call me?
