I had service installed about a month ago. I'd really like to pay my bills online however my account still stays that installation is scheduled? So there is no bills in my account even though I had an overdue balance.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. We have refreshed your account, can you please clear you cache and log back in and see if you can see it now?
I am having the same problem. My bill does not show in my account (either one of them), and as a result, I've got a late payment that I would not have missed had I been able to see it properly. Please advise.
It didn't help. I still do not see my bills and now I see that installation has been scheduled, but there is nothing about my current bill and no way to pay it.
