Multiple account numbers. Online account shows only old info.
I recenty tried to update my payment info under my account online and noticed that the account number is different than what appears on my bills and the service and payment history are for an old location. The account is current and bills are still sent to the same email address of the account but there is no way to access the account parameters associated with my current location and billing history from 2016-onward.
