I got Comcast Business because I worked from home and needed fast and reliable service. Since COVID, I was laid off and now in the process of relocating outside the USA for work and personal reasons. I was told to find someone to transfer my service account to, or pay the ETF of more than $1000. I asked for a copy of my contract to get information regarding the ETF the representative said I signed for. The contract does not state. I cannot find someone to transfer this account to, and cannot afford to pay a $1000 ETF. I am asking for someone to look into this and assist. I know these responses may take a long time to provide an answer, so I have also reached out the Consumer's Advocate and other forums for anyone who will assist.
