Long Term Customers Rewarded with HIGHER BILL to PAY

I would like to state that I have had 2 Business accounts with Comcast for Years.

I would like for someone to contact me directly about my 2nd Business Account with comcast.

I have asked on several occasions and have never received a phone call from anyone in management.

I have requested on several occasions to speak with a manager while on the phone and was told there is NO MANAGER available to SPEAK with you.

I have had to go out and BUY my own HIGHSPEED Modem because I was told that it would be 2-3 days before a technician would be available to come out to my place of business which happens to be a computer repair shop.

Imagine a computer repair shop without access to INTERNET Or Telephone FOR 3 days. Your basically telling me close shop for 2-3 days while we get to you, oh and by the way forget about the fact that since your computer repair shop is closed for those 2-3 days you will be making NO MONEY, for that time oH TOO BAD for you mr computer repair guy. Oh and By the way the modem that the customer service rep told me to get for your system was the WRONG one Another big waste of my time driving back across town to exchange the incorrect modem that I was directed to get by the customer service rep on the phone. This all can be verified by looking at my records you will see that a Purchased modem was provisioned into your system, which I was also told that if i didnt return the defective equipment that I would be charged, I then had to take again my time to go to your office

and turn in that defective equipment that belonged to comcast, again I had to lose revenue since I had to once again close my buisness to drive to a comcast office to return the equipment.  And come to find out for being such a loyal customer to comast for many many years I am not eligible for any of the discounts on the comcast web site since these are ONLY AVAILABLE TO NEW CUSTOMERS (Another SLAP IN MY FACE) Thanks again Comcast for taking care of the customer that has been supporting your salaries for YEARS.
