I've chatted and called numerous times yet the bill for Office 365 remains.
I've never used it at all.
The bill showed up over a month ago and I logged in to manually cancel any remaining Microsoft services.
Yet here we are over a month later there is still an $11.90 charge for a service we can't even use.
I would like to assist with the billing concerns. Can you please provide the name, address and phone number on the account through private message?
