LINK ACCOUNTS

I'm trying to link my four other accounts to my business account. this message pops up on each and every one. 

 

"The account number entered may be invalid. Please confirm and try again."

 

Help please.

Ah, that would be why you're receiving that error: the residential online accounts have a different set up than the business ones and cannot be linked to the business. They can be linked together though: How to Link and Manage Multiple Xfinity Accounts . If you ever happen to need to link multiple business accounts, this link has information for that: Link or unlink a Comcast Business account . Uh oh! We can assist with the account linking; please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send over your name, the business names, the complete service addresses (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account numbers via private message. If you are able to let me know which will be the primary account that the others need to be linked to, that would help out too Smiley Happy

Rather than just get it done, I would like to know how to do it.  Does it matter that the other accounts are residential accounts?

Thanks for your reply, Gina. I am confused.  I spent a tptal of 120 minutes with xfinity support at three different levels;  They say it cannot be done??  I will try your link and let you know.

Oh boy Smiley Sad that does sound like such a frustrating experience and I would be upset if I had to spend that much time on the phone. I am so sorry that we have not yet reached a resolution. Please let me know if you still have issues.
