I paid my bill and it went to my residential account and now the money is stuck over in that COMCAST account and COMCAST can't move the money. I've called 4 times and each one says how easy it is and its a done deal that the money will be moved, but that has not been the case.
Anyone know a "Executive" I can call?

I am sorry you have called 4 times and still have not had this resolved for you, totally unacceptable. Please call 800-391-3000, using the billing option, then ask the billing agent to generate a payment credit transfer escalation ticket to move the payment from your residential account to your business account. Please request a CR and ER ticket number for specific reference purposes.
