To management,

I am not one to write often about a good experience because I am short tempered and get annoyed very quickly when something is messed up on my billing.  But after getting very short tempered with the first person I spoke with Joseph and hes cool manner quickly defused me and after speaking with him just briefly he was able to identify the situation and defuse the irate customer "me"  Joseph showed a calm under pressure and the sense to gauge the situation and act accordingly.
