Per the website, I have called 1-800-391-3000 to cancel my account. Each of the 5 times I've called, I have been disconnected after I tell the automated system that I want to cancel service. If I say I want to add a service, I'm transferred to a live person, but then they transfer me somewhere else (promising I won't be disconnected) and I'm promptly disconnected. How can I cancel my service?
