I paid an extra $100, and it must be refunded.

No one has responded to my other post from Oct 18.  Reply now.  Call me.  I will be called to confirm a refund.

ComcastJohn was able to contact the local team as he stated within the other thread. This seems to be the same issue so for a faster resolution I will be locking this thread and we will respond in your other post.
