I moved from Atlanta to NY Where there is no service. Getting billed and fined for Contract Cancel

I moved from Atlanta to NY Where there is no service.  Zip 11803.  Still getting billed and fined for Contract Cancellation.

 

I have multiple confirmaiton emails that the acocunt should be cancelled, with ticket numbers  CR636624107 and CR651425379.

 

But it's not, and now I'm getting collection letters.  Please correct this.

I would like to send an escalation to my Loyalty team for review. Once they have completed their review, they will likely need to confirm some account information with you. Do you have a preferred contact number for them to verify with you on?
