I cannot view my bill and am being charged for equipment I am not using

When I log into my business account it says that my installation has been scheduled, but I've already had my internet installed and received a paper bill in the mail.

 

Also, I am using my own modem and router, but on the bill I am being charged $12.95 for Comcast equipment.  I would like my account to be updated to reflect that I am NOT using Comcast's equipment, and I would like to be able to view and pay my bill online.

Hi vcoffee. The user credentials associated with this account has been updated.  Please sign in and verify access to your statement.  The Business Service Center has been engaged to correct the modem rental fee.
