Every week or so, I get an unwanted email from xfinity.
I click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. It links me to
[removed link since it shows full email address]
None of the links do anything when I click on them.
Thanks for letting us know about this jrwren. I edited your post since that link shows your email address, but am happy to continue working on this. Just to cover all the bases, have you already tried opening that link in different browsers and clearing cache and cookies?
