If you are experiencing a loss of service due to a power failure, please be aware that local power must first be restored to your home before your video, phone or Internet services can begin working again. If you do have electrical power, but your XFINITY service is out, please know that our technical crews have been working in impacted areas where it’s safe to do so and will continue to work around the clock until service is restored.
