I have returned my equipment to an xfinity store on 6/22/18 & called into customer service to terminate my account. I called in twice & this is my 3rd attempt to try to close my account. I sent in messages to close my account which failed to get any response. My account is still considered active even though I have no equipment! Can you just CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!
