How to correct my billing company name and call ID?
I have contacted Comcast several time to have my company name show up correctly on my billing statement. However, on my latest statement, it is still with the incorrect company name. Also, the caller ID is incorrect. I have it DBA that need to be displayed.

You need to contact 800-391-3000, provide your account number, choose billing option, then request the Billing agent to generate a Change of Business Name Account Maintenance form that agent will send out to you to sign and approve. You can also make sure that you CID is also corrected in this same form.
