My admin assistant who set the account up is no longer with us. I was able to change her name, but primary email is still hers - how can I change?

I need to change my primary email address on file - but your system will not allow me to do this. How can I updat emy email address? I no longer have the one that my account was originally setup with.

In order to change the primary user first you will need to set up the account that you want to be the primary.

After that secondary user is created just feel free to reply to this post or the private message I sent you and we can get it switched.
Hello, ive created my new email, with all permissions, and i need to cchange the PRIMARY MANAGER to my new email account and delete the current one

The primary user for you account has been changed. Once logged in as the new primary you should be able to delete any other additional users you no longer want. Please let me know if any issues come up.
