Getting service restored after online Credit Card payment on a weekend day

Hello my business internet and phone service was suspended for nonpayment.  The check was mailed out 12/02 and you should already have it.  However I paid online via credit card so I could get service back immediatly. Payment conf#1283165342.  I can not get anyone on the phone line to help me it keeps routing me to the pay by phone where it already sees my payment pending.  How can I get service restored?

Hello jtsjustin and welcome,

 

You should be able to contact 8003913000 and use the BILLING option. Any billing agent should be able to make sure that all services in your biller are restored.
