Getting Billed for Incomplete New Service

Our original installation for our business was on April 24, 2018. The technician completed wiring up our office, left equipment, but did not leave any information for our in-house technician to connect our internet. I'm in poor contact with our Sales Rep who knows our situation and keeps saying they will take care of our bill, etc.. We still are NOT using services from Comcast. We are supposed to have Internet, Voice and TV (TV is not necessary anyway, but is included). 

 

Here it is May 30, 2018 - more than 1 month since installation date and still cannot get our Sales Rep to follow up with us. This is very frustrating! Who do we contact?
