Extremely poor service



I have had Comcast service for over 7 years.


In June of this year, I had an extended outage, caused by a truck hitting a fiber line and breaking it. Since that time, I have had a problem with my line. I am incurring packet loss, and delays and other errors in displaying pages from other sites on the Internet. I have gone through a proxy server, and do not have the problems, which points to a Comcast problem. I have filed case after case of trouble, and each time, I end up with "It is not a problem with Comcast service", yet when I pull up the proxy server, I do not have the issue.


I am highly discusted at the service I have received and cannot understand how this trouble is allowed to continue for MONTHS with no resolution.
