I have several accounts, all linked under one sign in, that I need to change the billing address. I fill in the form, verify it is correct and then it gives me an error message that it cannot complete my request at this time. What is the issue and how can I get this corrected?
I have verified your issue of not being able to change your billing address on thr Business Class Portal (BCP) and receiving an error. This may be due to the BCP not yet synchronized with the Account Biller at this time.
If you are in need to have any of your account(s) billing address(es) changed, just call 1-800-391-3000 and use option 2 for billing, then simply provide the account number(s) of the billing address(es) you need changed and the billing agent will make this happen directly in the biller for you.
