Hi. I returned the Cable Modem last Feb 27th. Now it's end of July and I am still being charged for Equipment Fee and Late Fee. We tried calling numerous times, and the rep assured that it will be removed from my account.
It seems like it's so difficult to have these charges removed from my account.
I have the receipt that the modem was returned, with the date and time.
I can see that I am not the only one with the same issue. This has to be fixed.
