I returned my cable modem on 3/31/14 but I am still being billed an equipment fee. I have a receipt for the returned modem but it annoys me that this hasn't been removed. I called business class customer service two weeks ago to make sure the equipment fee was removed and I was told the modem had been removed from my account.
I would like to see a credit to my account for Apr and May.
