Is there a way to send COmcast Business an Email for support requests? I have a BIlling issue, and I do not have the time or patience to deal with the aweful phoneline to get to people who dont know whats going on, or just simply lose the call and start the whole 30min process over again.
Comcast only has direct person to person business service support by calling 800-391-3000 and choosing the appropriate service option. This forum is also a means by which the business class community can be provided assistance.
Basically, the previous post is telling you that the only way to report a service outage is to stay on infinite hold. Yes, it's 2015 and by far Comcast is the worst company in the world to deal with if you have a service problem.
And, yes, I've waited on hold for over an hour to report a service outage tonight and came across the multiple posts stating what is clear: Comcast doesn't really give a crap.
