I'm trying to sign up for paperless billing and I found your help page for that, but when I go into "Bills" page I do not have the "Set Up Ecobill" button.

1. Are you using this article to setup the ecobill? Sign up for Ecobill™
2. Did you sign into the MyAccount portal using Primary account or Bill manager account?
3. Did you get any error where accessing the "bill" option?
