Double Billing on Voice Activation
I have tried now six months to get someone to correct to correct double billing of voice activation on our account.
Last month I spoke with Bianca who said she was going to fix it CR348043141 - nothing happend. This was a second time a Comcast representative directly lied to me.
Voice activation charge 119.80 appears in Other Charges section in both July and August bills.
How do you activate the same lines two times?
