I am upset over the fact that I am going to be charged to change the phone numbers on my business phone and fax account after I have been on hold for a total of almost 3 hours. I have called customer service several times this morning, to finally get someone in customer service to finally pick up the call - transfer me to technical support and be told that I have to pay $60 get the phone numbers changed to an area code that will work best for my business.
I asked the sales rep if I could change the phone numbers before submitting the sales agreement and I was told that I had to call comcast after the installation to get the phone numbers changed. Immediately after installation, I called comcast and now, I'm being told that I have to $60 to change the phone numbers - this is completely unfair UNFAIR! I TRIED GETTING THE PHONE NUMBERS CHANGED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION AND EVEN SIGNING THE AGREEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M NOT PAYING $60 WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER, UPON REQUEST, BEFORE THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED AND THE INSTALL TOOK PLACE!
COME ON COMCAST, I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!
