Do you realize that I have paid all of my billing through current from March of 2014 and I still do not have 100% of the services I have paid for. I have an open ticket for my Exchange and other web services that has been open for months and nobody at Comcast has helped solved the problem yet. CR366395697 is just one of many ticket requests to get a resolution. Maybe through you, I can get some escalation and credit even. Please help me.
